Tripsora Walks is operated by Tripsora Capitals Ltd. This page explains what we collect and why.

Travellers

When you book, we collect your name, email and group size. We share them with the guide who runs the tour so they can run it and contact you about it. We use your email to send your confirmation, a reminder, and a request to review the tour afterwards. Card payments for deposits and tips are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Personal details on bookings are anonymised automatically about 18 months after the tour. To have your data removed sooner, cancel your booking with the link in your email or contact privacy@tripsora.com.

Guides

We store the details you give us for your profile and tours, plus billing records from Stripe. You can download all of your data or delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Privacy.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: tw_session keeps guides signed in; tw_src remembers which partner site referred you (30 days), so we can credit them; tw_cur and tw_lang store your display preferences; tw_cookie_ok remembers that you've seen the cookie notice. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when map tiles load.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Contact privacy@tripsora.com.
