For travellers

Tours are free to book. At the end of the tour you may tip the guide whatever you think the tour was worth. Tours are run by independent guides, who are responsible for the tour itself. Please cancel if you can't make it, so someone else can have your place. Some tours take a small refundable no-show deposit: it is refunded when the guide checks you in or if you cancel before the cut-off shown on the tour, and kept if you don't show up.

For guides

Guides pay a flat subscription for their plan and keep 100% of their tips; Tripsora charges no per-head fees. The free Starter plan lasts until the limits shown on the pricing page; after that, tours are hidden from search until you upgrade, but existing bookings stay valid. If a subscription payment fails, tours stay visible for a 7-day grace period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing page and run until the end of the paid period. Guides must hold any licence required in their city and must describe their tours accurately.
