Disclosure of Tripsora Capitals Ltd
In short: our content and the Tripsora AI travel agent are information to help you plan, created partly by AI. When you book through our links, we may earn a commission – your price stays the same. Always check details with the provider before booking.

2. Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep the protections of the laws of their country of residence and may bring claims there. Business users outside the UK agree to London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) arbitration in London, in English.
3. Availability
The Service is operated from the United Kingdom. Some features may not be available in all countries, content may vary by location, and we may restrict access where required by law.
4. General disclaimer
Information on the Service is for general information. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, and it may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
5. AI travel agent and information sources
- Answers and plans are generated with the help of AI models (Groq, Google Gemini) and may contain mistakes.
- Flight fares are recently found fares from Travelpayouts/Aviasales data, not live offers; the current price is shown on the booking site.
- Hotels and activities are suggested by the AI; prices and availability are only shown on the partner's page, and amenities (such as pools) must be checked there.
- Weather comes from Open-Meteo (a forecast for trips within about 16 days, otherwise last year's weather on the same dates). Maps use Mapbox; locations are found automatically and may be imprecise.
- Restaurant, transport and opening-hours information may be outdated – please check before you go.
- Remix and AI import. A Remix is a plan generated by AI from a creator's Trip and your inputs. Creators may also use AI to draft a Trip from their own notes, and are required to check it. Both can contain mistakes (section 4 and the Terms of Service, section 12).
6. Affiliate marketing disclosure
We earn money through affiliate links. When you click certain links and make a booking or purchase, the provider may pay us a commission. This never increases the price you pay. We disclose this in line with the CAP Code (rule 2.1 – marketing must be obviously identifiable), the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (and their successor provisions in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024), FTC guidance (US) and EU consumer law.
How we disclose it
- In the Tripsora AI travel agent: before you start, the notice explains that bookings are made with partners and that we may earn a commission; the same statement is shown permanently below the chat ("We may earn a commission when you book through our links"). The booking buttons in answers ("Book – Trip.com", hotel and activity links) are partner links.
- On our pages and in emails: a disclosure appears before or next to content that contains affiliate links.
- In the Trip Pack: the printable Trip Pack you can buy for a saved plan ends with the same "Book before you go" links (Stay22 hotels, Viator or GetYourGuide tours, Ubigi mobile data, SafetyWing insurance) and the same affiliate notice. Buying the pack itself is not an affiliate sale: its price goes to us.
- In the "Your plan is saved" card and in plan emails: when you email yourself a plan, and in the reminder and pre-trip emails that follow if you ask for them, we include "Book before you go" links to hotels (Stay22), tours and tickets (Viator, or GetYourGuide when Viator has no match), mobile data (Ubigi) and travel insurance (SafetyWing). These are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you book or buy through them, at no extra cost to you. In the chat they are marked as sponsored links, and every such email says so.
Creator pages (trip-planner.ai)
- Who writes them. Creator Trips are written by independent creators. They are not written by us, and a creator's views are their own. We are not responsible for what a creator says, but we review creators and may remove content (see the Terms of Service, section 4C).
- Who earns what. Every creator page carries the notice "This page contains affiliate links; Trip-Planner or the creator may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you." The hotel, tour and activity links on creator pages are created by us with our own partner accounts, so the commission on a booking is paid to us. Creators do not receive a share of those commissions, and we do not sell creators' Trips. A creator may separately accept tips or sell their own guide on another website (for example Ko-fi, Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy). Those links are the creator's own, are labelled as such, and are not affiliate links of ours. We may also pay a fixed fee to a creator for a commissioned Trip.
- Creators' own commercial relationships. Our Creator Terms require creators to tell you clearly (for example "Ad – gifted stay") if a business has paid them or given them something connected with what they say. Creators may not add their own affiliate links or codes to their pages. If you think a creator has not disclosed an advertising relationship, cs@tripsora.com and you may also complain to the ASA.
- Which partners. On creator pages hotel links use Stay22 (which shows hotel booking sites such as Booking.com and Expedia) and tour, ticket and activity links use GetYourGuide. Trip pages on trip-planner.ai also show a TourRadar widget for guided group tours, for which we may earn a commission on bookings. Other links are maps and reference sites, which are not affiliate links. Restaurants link to maps.
- Not an endorsement. A creator's page, or a Remix of it, is not a recommendation by us. Prices and availability are as shown by the Partner at the time you click.
Which partners the AI agent links to
The agent only creates booking links for partners we work with. In some categories it offers one partner only:
| Category | Partner(s) used by the AI agent |
|---|---|
| Flights | Trip.com (via Travelpayouts); fare data from Aviasales/Travelpayouts |
| Hotels | Hotel booking sites via Stay22 (for example Booking.com, Expedia and others) |
| Tickets, tours and activities | Viator first; GetYourGuide when Viator has no match |
| Airport transfers | Kiwitaxi (via Travelpayouts) |
| Mobile data / eSIM | Ubigi only – the agent does not suggest other eSIM providers |
| Travel insurance | SafetyWing (Nomad Insurance). The agent does not recommend a policy; the link appears in our "Your plan is saved" card and plan emails |
The AI chooses hotels, activities and routes based on your request; it does not see commission rates. Because it links only to our partners, you may find other providers or prices elsewhere – you are always free to book directly with any provider.
All affiliate partners (reviewed quarterly)
- Travel (typically 3–15%): Trip.com and Aviasales via Travelpayouts, Kiwitaxi via Travelpayouts, Ubigi (an NTT Transatel brand), Stay22, Booking.com, Expedia, Nuitee, Kiwi.com, Lulu Guldsmeden Hotels
- Travel insurance: SafetyWing
- Activities (typically 5–12%): GetYourGuide, Viator, Freetour, Musement, Exoticca
- Financial services (up to 15%): Interactive Brokers, Paxful, TradingView, American Express

Commission rates vary by partner, product and country.
Travel insurance
We are not an insurer or an insurance intermediary. We do not sell, arrange or give advice on insurance, and a link to SafetyWing is not a recommendation that a policy is right for you. Any policy is a contract between you and SafetyWing (and its insurers) under their terms. Before you buy, check that the cover, exclusions, countries, activities, age limits and any pre-existing condition rules suit your trip.
7. Third-party content and links
We do not control and are not responsible for partners' websites, content, prices, availability, services or privacy practices. Bookings are contracts between you and the partner under the partner's terms.
8. Data protection
We process personal data under the UK GDPR as described in our Privacy Policy. Contact: privacy@routeplanner.ai.
9. Intellectual property
All content and trademarks on the Service are owned by or licensed to us. To report a copyright infringement, email privacy@routeplanner.ai.
10. Age restrictions
The Service is only for people aged 18 or over. We ask users to confirm their age before using the AI travel agent. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete their data.
11. Service modifications
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, update prices for future purchases with notice, and carry out maintenance. Material changes to this document are announced 30 days in advance by email (registered users) and on the Websites.
12. Consumer rights
UK consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (services with reasonable care and skill, remedies for faulty digital content) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day cancellation, see our Digital Product Purchase Agreement · Creator Terms). EU consumers have equivalent rights under EU law. Where local law gives you more protection, it applies.
