Join me for a walking journey through the heart of ancient Bukhara, beginning at the lively Lyabi Hauz complex, where locals and travelers have gathered for centuries around its peaceful pond. From there, we’ll explore the charming old streets filled with the spirit of the Silk Road and stories from centuries past.
Along the way, you’ll discover magnificent caravanserais, madrasahs, and trading domes that once connected merchants from across Asia. We’ll visit some of Bukhara’s most iconic landmarks, including the impressive Kalon Minaret, Kalon Mosque, Mir-i-Arab Madrasah, and the historic Ark Fortress, former residence of Bukhara’s emirs.
Our walk will end at the stunning Bolo Hauz Mosque, known for its elegant wooden pillars and tranquil reflecting pool. This tour is ideal for travelers who want to experience Bukhara’s history, architecture, and local life through the eyes of a passionate guide.
