Welcome to my home in Chengdu! I am warm and friendly, and I love making friends from all over the world. I treat everyone like an old friend, not a customer.
We will go to the local market to buy Chinese vegetables and meats. Then we come back home to cook.
We cook simple and tasty Sichuan home dishes together. My husband and my son also speak fluent English, and they love meeting international friends. After the meal, my family will teach you how to play mahjong, the famous traditional table game in China. We will have a lot of fun.
This is not a formal class. It’s a casual family hangout. Learn about everyday life in China as we share food and stories. Come relax and experience real local family culture.
Please note: my home is on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator. If you cannot climb stairs, please do not book this experience. If you have any food allergies, please let me know in advance.
