Natural Connection: Yoga, Hiking and Waterfall

Imagine starting your day in El Peñol, Antioquia, surrounded by mountains and fresh air, with an outdoor Hatha Yoga session. Together we will prepare the body, calm the mind and connect with the energy of the place through breathing and meditation.

After the practice, we will enjoy a moment of healthy sharing with fresh fruits, water and nutritious food that will fill us with energy for the next stage.

Afterwards, we will embark on a 30-minute walk along a natural and friendly trail, perfect for immersing ourselves in the tranquility of the surroundings. The trail will take us to a beautiful waterfall, where you can refresh yourself in its crystal clear waters and participate in a ceremony and aquatic meditation that will revitalize body and spirit.

To close the experience, we will share a delicious lunch: you can choose between a typical Antioquian dish or a vegetarian or vegan option, always prepared with fresh ingredients from the region.
