As downtown Saigon is increasingly overwhelmed by concrete and high-rise towers, we reckon Cholon might be the best place to get a sense of the old, unique energy of the city.

This place is now a significant commercial center for the Chinese in Ho Chi Minh City, which still preserves the precious values of culture, religion, and architecture dating back thousands of years. The pipe-shaped tiled roofs in Chinatown streets combined with typical Chinese architecture feature a unique classic beauty.
