Tour of the Miradouros: Alfama and Graca between Sky and Stone
♡ Save

Join us on a scenic walk from Santa Apolónia to Graça! Discover the hidden alleys, secret churches, and Atlantic views that have inspired filmmakers. Explore Lisbon's most cinematic corners on this trip
A walking tour through the most authentic and scenic soul of Lisbon. Starting from the historic Commerce Square, the tour winds through the city's oldest neighborhoods, where every street seems to contain a story and every glimpse opens up like a film shot. We will walk through the alleys of Alfama, the Arab and popular heart of Lisbon, with its leaning houses, steep stairways, hidden churches, and laundry hung out in the sun.
We will then ascend to the Graça district, among the highest in the city, crossing terraces suspended over the Atlantic that offer breathtaking views of the Tagus Bay, red rooftops and the silhouette of the 25 de Abril Bridge. This itinerary is also a tribute to cinema: we will explore places beloved by filmmakers such as Wim Wenders, in which Lisbon appears as a city suspended in time, melancholy and luminous.
Among urban sanctuaries, secluded squares and small hidden wonders, the tour invites us to slow down and listen to the city, letting its silences, colors and breaths guide us. A walk designed for those who like to discover Lisbon off the beaten path, with the gaze of the traveler and the pace of the flâneur.
