You will get a profound insight into the history and the development of Munich from the Middle Ages until modern times and visit some of the most famous and important landmarks in the Old City.
Please book at least 24 hours in advance. The tour takes place when at least 7 people have signed up for the tour.
We will meet on "Marienplatz" at the Hugendubel corner - look for the man with the dark brown cowboy hat. After getting to know each other with an introduction to the history of Munich, we will "take off" with the oldest church in Munich, "Saint Peter". Then will cross "Marienplatz" with the old and the new city hall to the "Cathedral Church of Our Lady - Frauenkirche". From there we'll pass through Emperor's fortress and the biggest city castle in Germany, the "Residenz", to reach "Fieldmarschalsshall". The "Viktualien Market" - our next stop - offers 1807 local products. Here, our tour will end.
