During this tour, we will explore the Basilica del Voto Nacional, with its majestic neo-Gothic architecture and spectacular views of the historic center. We will continue to the Plaza Grande, the political and cultural heart of the city.
We will enjoy a tasting of chocolates and traditional sweets in one of the best preserved colonial courtyards, before visiting one of Quito's first universities, a witness to Ecuador's educational legacy.
We will visit the impressive Church of the Company of Jesus, completely gilded inside, a jewel of American Baroque art, and the Plaza San Francisco, where we can appreciate its church and Quiteño art in all its splendor.
In addition, we will discover some surprise places full of local magic.
