The meeting point is always in front of the Cathedral, at the corner of rue Merciere. The guide is holding a big ORANGE sign with "HAPPY Free Tour" on it, can't miss him! ;)
The Happy Original Tour runs every day from the last week of March to the first week of January (only Saturdays & Sundays out of these dates). (No need for a reservation, only show up a few minutes in advance) :
