Become an affiliate partner

How it works

1. Apply with a free Tripsora account. We review every application.
2. You get your own link, for example …?aff=yourcode, which works on any page of Tripsora Walks that we host ourselves.
3. When someone clicks it and then opens a guide account within 60 days, that guide is credited to you.
4. Each time that guide pays a Pro or Operator subscription during their first 12 months, you earn 20% of the amount, excluding tax.

What counts and what does not

• Counts: guide sign-ups and subscriptions on Tripsora Walks, and the guides' own walks and tours that they list with us.
• Does not count: free tours that come from freetour.com (and any Viator activities). Links to those pages are not tracked, and no commission is paid on them.
• The verification payment and the first-bookings Starter period earn nothing; only paid subscriptions do.
• Commission is paid after a 120-day holding period and once you reach £100; see the terms below.

Affiliate terms

• The programme is run by Tripsora Capitals Ltd. We may approve, refuse or end any affiliate at our discretion.
• Commission is calculated on the subscription amount excluding tax, after discounts, for each invoice paid within the affiliate's window.
• Holding period: because subscriptions are paid by card and card payments can be refunded or disputed for some time, each commission is held for 120 days (four months) after the subscription payment. If the payment has not been refunded, charged back or disputed by then, the commission becomes available. Commission on a payment that is refunded or disputed is cancelled at any time before it is paid; if it is found out after payment, we may deduct it from later payouts.
• Minimum and invoice: when at least £100 is available, you issue an invoice to Tripsora Capitals Ltd for it and upload it on your affiliate page. We pay a correct invoice by bank transfer or PayPal, normally within 14 days. Smaller balances roll over.
• Tax: you must give us your legal name, address and, if you are registered for VAT, your VAT number before your first invoice. Add VAT to the invoice only if you are VAT-registered. You are responsible for your own tax on what you earn; we do not withhold tax from payments.
• Commission on payments that are refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent is cancelled, and anything already paid on them may be deducted from later payouts.
• You may not refer yourself, your own business or anyone in your household or team, create fake sign-ups, send spam, bid on our brand name in search ads, or imply you work for or are endorsed by Tripsora.
• The referral is recorded with a first-party cookie for 60 days, and only if you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner (visits are still counted, without a cookie); see the Cookie Policy. The last affiliate link a visitor used before signing up gets the credit.
• Affiliates must follow advertising law and tell their audience that they earn commission (see our affiliate disclosure for the wording we use).
• We can change these terms; changes apply to commission earned afterwards.
