Dresden Gems Old Town : Secrets, Scandals, WW2 and Baroque splendor

Join us to discover Dresden’s Old Town! Walk through baroque streets, admire landmarks like the Frauenkirche and Zwinger, and uncover stories that bring the city’s rich history to life.

Nestled on the Beautiful Elbe, Dresden is soaked in Architecture from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. The great king of Saxony, August the Strong, left no stone unturned in putting Dresden on the map in his time as a Baroque metropolis. He had visions and ideas that not many kings had. Our city’s charm is all thanks to his forward thinking.

We will tour the Frauenkirche(Church of our Lady), Semperoper, the Zwinger, Fürstenzug, Residenzschloss, and Hofkirche. I will tell you some interesting facts about Dresden and its rich history.
